Nice it was close to shopping.

It was ok. The room was clean. The water dripping in the room got on my nerves. It kept me up. I called the front desk they didn't do anything. My son's liked the room. I would probably stay there again.

Convenient Location

Posted Apr 24, 2016
Pros: The wonderfully comfortable mattress and soft sheets. Also, the readily available and plentiful hot water.
Cons: The facilities need redecoration, crown moldings, repairs to bathroom hardware and fixtures and landscaping would help.
Location: Ellicott City, minutes away, offers delightful dining, shopping and history. Baltimore's waterfront Aquarium is great too!
The facilities are dated; we get what we pay for. On the plus side, the location is very convenient, close enough to major highways, BWI airport and Amtrak, shopping, museums and attractions of all kinds. The bed was incredibly comfortable, as good as I've experienced at fine hotels. Hot water was readily available and plentiful. There was the craziest looking shower head I've ever seen, but it worked. Alas, there is deferred maintenance; bathroom hardware & plumbing fixtures were not in top form, but they worked. The staff was pleasant and expressed interest in making repairs to the room for future guests. The breakfast was simple but adequate. No hot protein items, but plenty of cereals hot and cold, coffee, juice, fresh fruit, yogurt, milk, small pastries, etc. The outdoor pool didn't seem to be open yet. There was 'free unsecured Wifi,' but I couldn't get connected. The problem may have been on my end, not sure. Hotel rates in this area are astronomical, but this one is a bargain, even if the facilities aren't up to my standards.

Close for business APPOINTMENT.

Posted Apr 7, 2016
Pros: CLOSE TO WHERE I HAD TO BE.
Cons: HAVE A ICE MACHINE IN MORE THAN 1 LOCATION.
THE ROOM WE HAD WAS FINE UNTIL THE (RIOT SQUAD) GUEST CAME IN WITH ALL THE NOISE, PROFANITY, DOOR OPENING AND SLAMMING. WE ASKED IF THEY COULD CHANGE THEIR ROOM TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION AND THE ANSWER WAS NO BECAUSE THEY HAD ALREADY PAID (?) SO EVENTUALLY WE MADE THE ROOM CHANGE. THERE WAS NO SECURITY WHICH THEY SHOULD HAVE FOR SITUATIONS LIKE THIS.

Hotel close to everything

Posted Apr 5, 2016
The hotel was not bad. It lacked some things. The staff was friendly. Cleaning skills are somewhat off. It was ok and it served it's purpose. No refrigerator or microwave. Not even in the office. It was cheap however I stayed an extra night and the price jumped. Not worth than $75.

Toilet was clogged up. Shower did not drain quick enough but the room was great and so was the location, being so close to BWI airport and local food restaurants.
