Away from the hustle and bustle
Location was easy to find. We were able to jog around the hotel. Room amenities were good except that there’s no complimentary coffee and creamer inside the room. Ref and microwave were useful for food takeouts. Secured and large parking spaces

No hand towels in rooms. No extras like shampoo, lotion etc. Shower drain was clogged. Toilet wouldn't stop running unless we jiggled the handle. Room was not cleaned during our 2 night stay. Not really quality oversight by nanagement. Seemed like expense cutting type accommodations. Considering other options for our next stay.

The hotel is adjacent to a golf course. The property is clean and the staff was very friendly.

Sogo hotel has excellent service than this hotel.
Not so good. No towels inside when I came in. The bathroom is not well cleaned. No help when I went to the room. Not so friendly staff.

Great place for golfers!
We stayed here the primary purpose of golfing at Eagle Ridge. It was convenient and very easy to stay here. The hotel provided transportation to the clubhouse and the service was great. Everyone was nice and welcoming. My only complaint is there's no way to do anything after golf without hiring private transportation, which is a bit expensive. We really liked the area and the calmness. The hotel overall we would recommend for it's proximity to all the golf courses in the area.

Breakfast buffet not so good. Hot food always cold. Otherwise a nice place with good staff.

There were pictures of outdoor pool with the deal, but did not say that there will be additional 300/head charge if we will use the pool which is quite far feom the hotel bldg.

Convenient Hotel for Business
The receptionist is very accommodating and so much with the Manager on duty. She even provided a corporate rate since she was made aware that stay is mainly for business trip.

Overall it was pleasant. Hotel location was a bit isolated from the maddening crowd but we found this to be great since the hotel was just beside the golf course where we played for 3 days. Service was great and the staff where friendly and attentive to our needs. I think the hotel could still improve and work on making its shuttle service more available by increasing the no. of vehicles/vans at the hotel.

a very nice hotel but only accessible by car or if you ride a jeepney to get there. It is a hotel for golfers. There is nothing in the vicinity except for the golf course. A restaurant is on the hotel premises but there is nothing else within walking distance. The rooms are great. By car this hotel represents excellent value.
