"Beautiful building, and the inside of the hotel was amazing, the complimentary breakfast was so good, the only issue I had was that I put in a request for extra pillows and was told they’d be dropped off, I waited over 2 hours and nothing and ended up taking a nap, while I was in bed and wasn’t dressed and the door swung up and housekeeping walked in… I was extremely embarrassed and on top of that never got the pillows. "
