Friendly staff , good amenities.

Great friendly staff. Hotel is a perfect getaway place for family and friends. Breakfast is awesome .

5 Star Resort

Pros: Rooms, Staff, Bar
Cons: Better F&B especially breakfast.
We received a free room upgrade to a pool villa! The staff was very accommodating and the rooms were nice and clean. However the food is a bit pricy/lacking and the beach is very very small. The pool however is very pretty although albeit a bit dated.

Bad Policy

Pros: nothing
Cons: cancellation policy
I tried to cancel my reservation a month in advance. Hotel would not consider it. I have stayed here before but never again.

Nice hotel close to the beach

I stayed at Crimson for one night and had a very pleasant stay. I decided to book one night here and one night at Shangri-La to compare -- apples and oranges for sure. Crimson has a more local feel with each room being a bungalow suite. WiFi is rather slow. Great pools and is very family friendly. Lots of families with kids. Small private beach that has great sunrise/sunset. Breakfast buffet was delicious, much better than Shangri-La in my opinion. Overall great value for the price you pay.

Excellent hotel experience

We stayed there 3 years ago and since then the hotel has improved significantly. The Breakfast buffet is much better than it was when we were there last and the hotel has built a nice bar area on the edge of the water. It was lovely sitting out there at night having a drink.
