Very nice place and good staff

The only problem is the rumors of some guest and there is no phone to call the lobby

Good location, small rooms, hot and cold showers

Good value hotel very close to the Ayala mall. Although the room is small, the bed is very comfortable and clean. There is one minor issue of water pooling in the shower. Aircon works very well, is quite loud but the noise drowns out other noises in the building. All the staff I encountered was courteous. I only have one complaint: as a solo traveller I would have felt more comfortable if the door also had a chain.

Nice hotel close to the mall and clubs

I enjoyed my stay there and the location is very good for shopping and eating. So close to the Ayala Mall. I wish they had breakfast included and also a pool.

Always enjoy my stay there. You can extend your stay for short periods for airport scheduling purposes.

Clean room..shower fantastic..small room but saftebox easy use but clean room..dont go take same price hotel and u got diss..wifi is good

Overall great experience!

Very difficult to find anything to complain about this place. The staff is very professional, friendly and seems they really care about their customers. I believe its the staff that makes the stay so exceptional in this place. Wi-fi is fast, so even if you need to do some working while on a holiday, its not a problem in here. Also I liked the location. Ayala mall is across the street and 7-11 downstairs. Rooms are very clean also. Next time I visit Cebu, its a clear choice that I stay in this hotel.

My only problem in this hotel was the unbelievably load noise from opening and closing the entry doors. I was constantly disturbed by the noise from neighboring rooms. They fix the problem in the one in Makati. Hope they fix Cebu noise too.

No fridge, Small room, Window is not sound proof, money exchange in Ayala mall was best rate in my 5 days stay.

Good overnight stay

We only stayed one night so the small room size was not a problem, we knew it would be as this is a budget hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the shower worked well and the staff were helpful. The best thing is the location opposite an amazing shopping mall with everything you could ever need. The only thing that others have commented on is the doors are heavy and spring loaded (probably a fire safety requirement) and they are noisy when people come and go from their rooms.

Budget hotel near Ayala mall.

Check in was efficient and fast but Lobby was located in the second floor which is unusual. Room was small in size but clean. A/C was noisy and not cold. The hotel was not bad for one night stay for what I paid.
