For the price of the hotel I expected a better stay. The bidet did not work, the room didn't cool down enough to be comfortable, and the breakfast buffet we paid for did not have a good selection. The restaurant was very expensive as well but the food was mid.

The hotel is a bit dated. I was disappointed with the local knowledge from the staff. I had to catch a ferry in the morning and no one knew where the ferry terminal was. I ended up wasting almost a hour and had to pay a larger taxi fare because of the lack of knowledge from the staff. I would have expected the hotel to know the tourist information around the area.

PROS: hotel is conveniently close to the airport if arriving at an off time of night and if catching a connecting flight the next day. Airport transfer staff are very polite and nice. Hotel lobby has an old Cebu feel to it. Breakfast buffet has all the Cebuano favorites and then some at a great price. CONS: The rooms and most facilities are quite dated and could use some freshening-up. Everywhere smells musty and the AC doesn’t work very well making it feel very humid and warm everywhere.

The food was excellent. I liked have the option of buffet or ordering off the menu. The staff from house keeping, restaurant or check-in/out were friendly, professional and most of paid attention to details within there area of expertise. Great experience. We will definitely make this our stop hotel for all future visits.

It is directly across the street from domestic terminal. They will give you a shuttle ride to International terminal. There are a lot of hotels in Philippines with no hot water but Waterfront has hot water. The restaurant space for breakfast is very spacious. Perfect is you are connecting flight that have you waiting overnight.

The property is conveniently located at the airport which is a big advantage iff you have a connecting flight. The carpets are so old and dirty and ventilation stinks of nicotine that triggered my ashtma attack. Most definitely not for foreigners

Would not stay again. Really not worth what I paid. Bad small of old and mould in the corridors. The whole place in is bad state of repair, needs a full refurbishment. Most of the staff were nice, but some didn’t want to be there, dinner was poor quality but breakfast was ok but only to be told they ran out of items. Sure they just could not be bothered to cook more. Much better places to stay around the airport.

Very handy to the airport. I stayed here 12 years ago. Little has changed and is now very dated but still very comfortable and the staff are very nice. The beds and linens are very comfortable and good quality. However the food in the restaurant was awful. My business partner had the salmon which was barely edible. The fried chicken was not edible. It was burnt and dry as a bone. Which is a shame as many years ago the food standard was very high. Staff didn’t ask why my dinner was not touched. I would stay here again if need be for an early flight but I’d order Jolibee next time.

The property is very clean and quiet. There is a free shuttle to the airport. Foods great. Bed very comfortable. I had a good night sleep. Caveat: Old carpet in the room; harsh for those who have allergies.
