Decent hotel for the price.

Room was clean. Close to all the national parks. Staff was great.

Decedent budget hotel

Rooms were clean, staff nice and helpful, there is nowhere to sit and eat breakfast so you have to take it back to your room, also breakfast selections were lacking

Not what I was expecting

Pros: Not very much
Cons: Breakfast is a joke. Toilet was bad.
Location: The only positive thing was you got a 20% discount at the Dennys next door.
Same level as Motel 6. Lower end of the market here, I was expecting better.

Front desk staff extremely rude. Very noisy location and room had dirty sheets and carpets.

BED BUGS!!

Had to check out in the middle of the night due to bed bugs crawling all over the bed.. after catching 20+ around my daughter as she slept I lost it and had to wake her to leave!! Staff super un-interested and very unhelpful as my daughter sat in the lobby at 00:30 crying while I cleaned every thing I could and loaded the van which now has to be pest control treated! Even producing the tub of bugs on the front desk did not inspire any help and they left them there?!? Not a single hotel with a vacancy in 50 miles...(another kid lady in the next town spent a fair while helping me search as she was full! ? This is my first ever negative review I was disappointed, disgusted and am studying to fix the mess of so many precious things lost. A fun girls weekend and dance competition turned into sleeping in a cold car INA car park with only 3hrs of that before competition she spent 8months preparing for! Still no refund!

Over charged 4 day when I stayed for 1

Unprofessional staff, no knowledge of what they staff was doing. Young students doing homework when they should be working helping clients. Young lady over charged my stay

BED BUGS!!!!

We had Bed Bugs and when we told the hotel only got 50% back of what we paid, so I paid $25 to go into a bed bug infested room. Do Not Stay Here

Good Hotel

Room was nice and and clean. Good bed. Quiye around the hotel. Only thing is they could use a little better continental breakfast. Other than that a nice stay.
