Just a one day visit to Cedar City

Posted Aug 1, 2017
Pros: All was OK for a short stay. If we stayed longer maybe different. Beds comfy. Good service. Good for the money.
All went well for quick stay in Cedar City, Utah. Long drive to get there. Room was nice, beds comfy, service helpful.

Good price for a great room.

Pros: See above
Cons: See above
Location: I think if I ever go to Cedar City during the Shakespeare festival again, I would stay there. It is also a great place to stop over when heading south
We arrived late, late, late, yet the staff greeted us in a friendly way. It was a nice room, the only thing I didn't like was the totally carb breakfast (we went to Denny's and got a discount by showing our room key), and the feather pillows. They have pokey ends that stick through the material. I finally got smart and wrapped the pillow in a towel. Then I was fine.

Shabby

Hotel room was not clean. Dirt and grime behind doors etc. Paint was peeling. Breakfast was a joke. It consisted of either toast or a waffle and the waffle batter was out.

Reasonably priced hotel

Pros: the rates and the access to the Interstate.
Cons: The free breakfast left a lot to desire. No dining area and very few selections.
Location: Close to Interstate and downtown Cedar City. The Shakespeare Festival takes place in Cedar City.
Stayed two nights at Americas Best Value Inn as we were visiting Bryce Canyon and Cedar Breaks National Monument. Staff was friendly and they provided a room as requested (first floor). Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the A/C was quiet. Access to I 15 was great.

My husband had a health issue during our stay and the staff could not have been better. They were right there to assist our needs. They made us feel very comfortable and at ease.

We had bedbugs. It was horrible! Had to move to another motel first night.

Good location and reasonably priced.

Only complaint would be that flat screen TVs were advertised but not present in our room. Breakfast was coffee and donuts. Bed and room were clean and comfortable.

Graduation at SUU stay the hotel was not fancy but it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast provided was minimal with no place to sit and eat. Food had to be taken to room or out. My Expedia reservation made two months in advance did not shoe on the hotels system. Luckily they had a room.
