Cons: Tv didn't work. They never came to fix it. I called multiple times. The front desk girl was just rude.
THE FRONT STAFF WAS NOT VERY NICE. EVERY TIME THAT I CALLED SHE JUST NEVER FIXED THE PROBLEM.

Not worth the price.Posted Oct 5, 2015
Way too expensive for what you get. Television didn't work. Parking is abysmal. Room smelled of smoke. Very loud and no privacy. Not able to open curtains without passers by looking in. Very disappointing.

Great, Clean Hotel. Cental Location.Posted Sep 28, 2015
When checking in the front staff was a bit cold & unfriendly, but I didn't realize I was staying at the North part of the Hotel. Our room was clean & the maid service was excellent. My kids were thrilled with the pool, but it was okay. It was in a great central location and within walking distance of parks, shopping & dining. The beds were so comfortable and there were mini fridges & microwaves in the rooms which was very helpful. The free warm breakfast was convenient and very tasty. When I checked out, the staff on the side that I was staying at was so friendly and kind. Overall we had a great stay & I would recommend this to others.

Pretty good, but Hotel was split across the roadPosted Sep 26, 2015
Half of the hotel was on one side of the road and the other half was on the other side.. no big deal until you wanted to go swimming, gym, or do laundry and had to try to cross a busy road because those facilities were only on one side due to construction.. Some of the gym equipment didn't work, not a large selection. I didn't like that the door and windows were glass so passer-byers could watch you.. and they did. They would stop and stare!! Felt like a museum exhibit. Breakfast was great some days and sparce the next. I didn't like the inconsistency. The walls were very thin, so if your neighbor showered or talked loud, you were bound to hear it. However, very clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, nice location in Cedar City, close to everything. Nice antique shop hooked to one side. Ok for the price ~$75 per night, maybe they should charge less while the construction is going on. It will be AWESOME when construction is done!!! We will definitely be back once it is!

Older, quiet hotel, but very nicely renovated.Posted Sep 20, 2015
Pros: Besides what I mentioned above, they served a great breakfast.
Cons: Not much
Location: As mentioned above, Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks are within convenient driving distance.
The hotel seemed to be located centrally to Cedar City with eating establishments and some shopping within walking distance. Our check in clerk, Kason, recommended a very good restaurant within walking distance. The room was very well done - decent space, renovated bathroom and counter, closet space and a very comfortable bed. There was a working desk, a microwave and a very convenient refrigerator which we put to use. We like to visit Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks. On our next visit we will be staying at this Best Western Town and Country.

Perfect location in Cedar CityPosted Sep 13, 2015
Pros: Location is great for access to all Cedar City amenities.
Cons: Front desk staff need maps and need to be more welcoming.
Location: Shakspear festival, shops and a cinema all within walking distance
The hotel is split across the road, one side is being renovated and the outside pool is closed. However, they do have an inside pool and hot tub on the other side that is open ( and is great). We stopped in Cedar City and visited the Shakspear Festival theatre, which is walking distance from the hotel. One of the restaurants close to the hotel is the Sizzler, which provides self service, wholesome food at a reasonable price. However, if you want something better at not much more of a cost then go across the road to the Depot Grill, this is a gem, the food and staff excellent. Rooms are fine, nice size, clean and comfortable. The air con though kept me awake on the first night, turned it off for the second and slept well in a very comfortable bed. The staff could have been a bit more forthcoming with information. I found their cleaning staff though very friendly and full of good advice and information. Their front desks could take some lessons from them.

Nice hotel close to Southern Utah UniversityPosted Sep 7, 2015
Went to Cedar City for Utah Shakespearean Festival. The hotel was close by and very convenient. Offered a good breakfast. Would go there again.
