We apologize for the inconvenience. We continue to take reservations, on line because the El Rey Inn is a sister property of ours. Circumstances, beyond our control called for us to close the Stratford. We continue take reservations from the web site, knowing we can put our guests in upgraded rooms at the El Rey Inn. They struggle with procedures. We are glad you had a comfortable night, once it was resolved. We are sorry that the comfortable night didn't help us get a better rating. Thank you for your comments. We hope the move wasnt too big of an inconvenience. The El Rey Inn is an upgrade from the Stratford Court. Both hotels are owned by the same people so the breakfasts are exactly the same. The Stratford does not have a pool. During the winter the El Rey Inn's outdoor pool is closed. Thank you.
