Under construction

Quite, confortable and good breakfast. Hotel is remodeling and whoever is soing it is not the best. While the room is nice the remodeling being done is not professional looking.

Pros: Room rates, service
Cons: Standard sized pillows would be better than the four small square pillows provided.
On the whole, the experience was good. I arrived after midnight, and service was excellent. The motel is being refurbished and upgraded, so construction work was evident in some areas, including the area around my room. Finishing work in the room was incomplete, but not in any way that impacted my stay. The room was neat, comfortable, properly stocked, and reasonably priced.

Needs some improvement

The room was nice.. A bit small and there was hair on the tub, but overall good. We tried to get breakfast at 9:15 (it was to run til 10). There was no waffle mix, milk, or gravy..and noone around to refill it. So we left with just a muffin. Good place for the money..as long as you don't count on breakfast

Ok for the money

Generally clean , comfortable for the money. Understand they're upgrading but after a night with problems with heat, then problems all night with space heater to help with heat, then a shower that wouldn't shut off, I expected a bit more than "Sorry for your inconvenience."

Not a horrible hotel but needs work

Pros: it was close to services and to family
Cons: remodeling is being done but they are doing a very sloppy job
Location: Near a college and sports facility ,and near theater ,shopping , and museums and restaurants
It was unusually cold out and the newly installed heaters had not been test to see how they would work in extreme temperatures. The staff was quite helpful and moved us to a different room and supplying us with a space heater when the heater in that room was not enough to heat the room sufficiently.

Great value

Many members of our family were in a nearby hotel for family Christmas. We were at the Days Inn because we have a dog and they are pet friendly. Our room was every bit as nice as the rooms our family stayed in and it was nice and quiet at night. I would definitely stay there again. And the staff was great!

Staff was nice and helpful

The staff were very nice and helpful, but I feel bad for them because they don’t have much to work with. The beds were rock hard, we should have slept on the floor, it would have been softer. Then, our shower/bath didn’t work. The water would come on, but the lever to switch it to shower was broken, and the tub wouldn’t plug to even take a bath if we wanted to. They had to let us into a different room to shower.

Check in wad quick and easy. It is still under construction but the room was clean and decent. Great price too!

Motel carpets and hallways not clean

Hall way and carpets not clean, but I guess that should be expected for price.
