Loved the location and how clean the hotel was. Room may say coastal but does not have water view. It’s decorated in coastal decor. There is no Buffett breakfast offered only menu items that were just ok. Small pool. No bar service the first day. Second day they had offered bar service at pool but the poor bartender had to keep going up and down to get drinks. Not Whst I expected

My husband and I booked an over night for the 4th of July weekend. The room was not clean. There was a pair of men’s underwear hanging behind the bathroom door. There was a used washcloth hanging in the shower. There were 3 TV remotes. One remote turned the TV on but that’s it. Neither remotes worked so we couldn’t watch TV. The air conditioner worked which was a good thing but it was so loud. The microwave was either burned or just rusty on top. We would not book there again.

I loved how it was close to everything! The staff was so nice and helpful also! Only bad part is the parking is a block and a half away.

Dorothy and her mom was very nice and helpful. Expedia you all dropped the ball big time. The GM that was on duty Tuesday made no attempt to address my concerns or even talk to me and Declan who was another manager not on site made no attempt to address my concern. The floor was very dirty not clean at all. To not receive the room I selected was the icing on the cake. The little girl that assisted me was a lead and stated no she could not change my room. The place was not booked up which she lied and said it was. The pots in the kitchen was so used everything stuck. Before you all suggest a place check them out first. Because I booked through you all everything finger was pointed at Expedia

Excellent location. Quiet. Front staff were kind and very helpful! Multiple parking locations within walking distance. We’d choose this location again!
