Convenient Location and Good Experience

Pros: Location
Location: Can walk to a park-like area nearby.
This was a decent hotel with a good-sized, clean guest room and airy public spaces, as well as a pool. It was easy to find near the highway exit, in a area where you can take a safe walk. Buffet breakfast was good, included scrambled eggs and sausage. The place seemed like a good choice for the money.

Extremely disappointed!!!

We checked in & 5 minutes later we were at the front desk checking out!!! The sheets were stained outside, did not look inside... paint chipped off wall... swimming pool & hot tub were non functional....

Pros: generally upbeat in trying situation
Cons: rebuild & keep up services
Location: good
pool down, cable tv down 1/2 of 2 day stay, internet off & on, fire alarm too. Am looking at other hotels next drive there

I do apologize greatly for the absence of the pool and hot tub, as well as the cable that evening. Unfortunately for us (and our guests), our cable company had a fiber optic cable cut in the area, which, I am told, does take quite a while to fix. Not real happy about this one

Good location for shopping and food. Room had ants crawling on the floor carpet and in bathroom. Food for breakfast was not very good. Hot water for tea was cold and yogurt was warm plus they only had one. Notified front desk about the ants and brought some there to show them. They said they would look into it and that we would receive a $25.00 discount on our visa. Will wait to see if that happens.

The PG Version of The Shining

Cons: Everything.
Location: By a highway. Nothing to do nearby except visit various fast food outlets.
This place was tolerable, but definitely the low point of my recent four-day road trip. Most of the services were out of order (Hot Tub, etc...). The business centre was a 1995 desktop in the corner of the lobby. Our room was beside a "guest laundry room" where people were doing laundry until 2AM and the dryer could be heard through our wall. Our bedspread had been shredded and the bed remade with numerous holes in it... The window didn't actually have blinds, just sheers, so not only was the room bright at first light, but a man using a tractor was directly outside with a clear view of us in bed... The staff was friendly-enough, but overall an underwhelming experience far below what I would expect for the price.

I do apologize as well, as our blinds are slightly nonsensical, as the black outs are behind the sheers. I do apologize for that confusion. Decent hotel

Disappointed that when we checked in we were informed that the hot tub was not working. This was one of the reasons we booked this hotel in advance. Very disappointed.!
