I got a smoking room when I wanted a non smoking and got charged for both rooms.
Had to call back three time until I finally got my money back

Since your booking was done by Online Travel Agent site (Expedia, Hotels.com, Hotwire etc) the booking with the type of the room comes into our system directly from their system. It must be an error on your part that you did not realize that you were booking a smoking room online when you did not intend to. If we have the type of room you need, we can still change but if we did not change it means we did not have the room type you needed at the last minute. As for the credit card charges, again since the booking was made online, the cards are charged accordingly at time of reservation. Since you have not commented on the type of rooms or your stay, I assume that was satisfactory.
