First I want to say I give a lot of grace and rarely ever complain. We stay at many different hotels for kids travel sports. I know it’s a you get what you pay for, but this was priced higher than it should be. The pictures are a lot nicer than the actual property. The vibe of the hotel is straight out of the American Horror Story. My kids didn’t feel comfortable. We didn’t feel the safest there are apartments right next door and there were a couple instances of cops. The skywalk to the pool smells terribly of mold. The room we stayed in was okay, very outdated. The bathroom had a strong urine stench, mirrors had finger prints, and the tray with soap had hair. The heating/ac unit in the room didn’t seem to work appropriately we had it set to 63 and it never got very cool. The ventilation is poor. Both of my kids woke up stuffy/runny noses. The breakfast is meh. We made waffles and they had black spots in them that looked like the cast iron or the waffle maker was flaking off. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or stay here again. I will say the check in process was smooth and the front desk lady was very friendly.
