I'm so sorry to hear you had issuer with your stay. If we would have been made aware of the issues while you were onsite during your 2 night stay, we would have done our best to assist you. Are hvac units are motion censored. If there is no movement in the room, they will not run to the temperature you have set on the wall thermostat. I'm also sorry to hear that you were upset regarding our pool policies. We do not allow pool parties at our property. Our facility and amenities are for our registered guest only.

I'm very sorry to hear about you experience with our breakfast attendant. She wasn't trying to yell at your children, but with a language barrier, I can see where it could be perceived that way. She was informing them to make sure to dry off a little and to wrap a towel around them when coming straight from the pool to the breakfast area, since they were dripping water puddles in front of the coffee station and around the whole breakfast area causing a hazard not only to themselves but other guests and employees. I'm sorry that this upset you. She really was only trying to make a chaotic area and time less dangerous for all involved.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are a family friendly hotel. Weekends are always busy with plenty of families getting away for many of reasons. Some are here for sports tournaments, some weddings or family reunions, others for birthdays and some... Just a getaway to have fun way from home and to enjoy the chilly weather by hanging out by a pool! We do have 1 of the largest pools in the area which does make us a hot spot for families.

Dear William,We sincerely apologize for the issues you are now stating in this review. We did notice both rooms checked in around 2:30pm. However, the one issue claimed regarding one unidentified bug in the room near the desk area just before 9pm, we did move the guest promptly to another room at the time it was reported, and we treated the room right away even though we did not see it or any evidence. There were no other issues reported for the first reservation after the move within 5 minutes the first day. We also had Orkin on the property two days prior to your check in date and they had treated the first floor level as well. The rest of the claims for the second room we would have taken care of while you were on the property if any staff person had been notified about them anytime during the two day stay.

Dear Julie,we sincerely apologize for the noise level of other guests based on your claim. Each time you did come to the desk with any issues, we addressed them promptly, but we also reminded you several times that quiet hours starts at 11pm cst, not in the afternoon or early evening hours.
