The room was cold. When you run the heat with the curtains closed, the heat gets trapped under the curtains and shuts off. I finally propped the curtains back against the window and got the heat to stay on. I did not want to leave the curtains open...too much light and No Privacy! Sink was not properly cleaned. Still had soap spots from previous person. Suite had a weird setup, almost as though furniture is missing. I would not stay here again.

Excellent value

I was extremely happy when I checked into the hotel. I stay at a lot of hotels (not cheap, but budget-friendly) and this one was exceptional in comparison. Clean, quality, customer service driven Hotel. My room was twice the size of most with a kitchenette and huge office area and very spacious bedroom area and bathroom. There is a very nice indoor pool and hot tub. And there was a happy hour with free beer, wine, and snacks. I will definitely be staying here again! My only other comments are: there was no restaurant or bar area, the pool was only semi private and very close to the front desk, and although there was not much grass to walk my dog there was A nice Prairie Path behind the hotel.

Close to interstate, good meeting location

Chips and spots on walls and woodwork. Carpets need cleaning or, at least, spotting. One begins to doubt the quality of the hotel when details aren't attended. While spacious, room 211 was so poorly furnished, we didn't know why we were assigned the room. Staff were great!!

The room stunk like "armpits" as my children put it. The bedding on the pull out couch hadn't been changed since the stay before, so we slept on the floor on blankets instead. There were few to no swim towels each time we were down there.

Very noisy and sleepless night.

The heater was extremely loud and kept turning on and off throughout the night. There were people being loud in the hallway and a car in the parking lot with a bunch of people standing around it talking- and this was after dark. I was there to get some sleep because I was waking up really early for my daughters competition so all of these things combined really sucked. The best thing about the stay was the water pressure on the shower. However, that is really sad when the shower is the best thing about a hotel stay. Noise is always a big factor for if I want to return to a hotel. I cannot stand kids and adults just loitering in the hallway, let alone the parking lot having some sort of party. It felt like I was in a bad part of town. The thing that the hotel really could control is the thermostat though. The one thing. When mine wasn't running, I could hear a loud hum from other rooms where there's was running. How does one sleep through that??????????

Very outdated hotel. The room wasn't very clean. Happy we were only staying one night.

Very nice stay

My daughter had a gymnastic meet a mile away and we stayed overnight. The room was great, the food was great, the pool was fantastic and the staff was very helpful and polite. Just need to vacuum under the beds a lot of hair and dust. It was a great stay and I will only stay at these hotels from now on.

The staff was great. The pool could use a good cleaning and paint. The bed wasn't too comfy but it was clean.
