This hotel was well kept and modern. It’s not in the “fancy” part of town but still very comfortable, quiet, clean and the staff was friendly.

This property is quite clean and well-lighted. It is very quiet as well. The only disappointment was the 7:00 am breakfast start. I had to be out the door by 7:00 so I couldn't wait. Please consider an earlier start for breakfast. Nevertheless, I will stay there next time.

Good hotel in convenient location
The only downside was some loose floor tile in room that squeaked and pinched when stepped on. Otherwise the stay was great. Location is convenient to U of Ia and hospitals. Staff were friendly and responsive. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.
