The hotel is close to highway, pretty clean but needs updates. The doors close loudly so sleeping in was unlikely. Great shower pressure

Highly recommend

Our stay was very good. Everything involving the hotel was perfect. We would highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express.

A Very Good Stay

Not up to standards of what you would expect.

Pros: The staff were friendly. The lady that handles the breakfast/dining room is especially sweet and helpful. She does a really nice job.
Cons: They just need to do a better job of fixing things and the maids need to learn how to make a bed! They probably nees to purchase some new bed linens.
Location: Centrally located and there is good shopping and restaurants close by.
The beds are made terribly. They look wrinkled and just not at all what you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express. We wondered the first night if the sheets were even clean as there was some small fibers sticking to the underside of one of the pillow cases. The next day, we asked if they would be change the sheets and pillow cases. This time, the maid even tucked large portions of the bedskirt into the mattress. We had no hot water the first night. Had to leave the water running in the sink and tub for about 15 minutes before it started to get warm enough to attempt to use. Called down and they suggested leaving the water run a little longer and they said they'd have maintenance check out the water heater. Next day when we complained again, was told this room on 3rd floor has trouble with hot water in getting to it in winter. They gave us another room. Water was better. They still don't know how to make a bed though. Inside pool was not heated well. Very cold to swim in. Jets didn't work in the hot tub. Came back after 3:00 pm one day and room hadn't been cleaned yet. They were still cleaining rooms at 6:00 pm.

very nice, modern motel

We had a nice stay. The hotel is new and almost swedish in style. The room is set up to be very functional.
