Good choice

It was what I expected in that there was nothing to find fault with. The check in Gal was great and helped with the directions we needed.( sorry don't have here name). Bathroom is small but thats a minor thing. The breakfast was perfect for me. Great stop....

Location: Location was fine
The hotel was clean but the room itself was not very comfortable. With the air conditioning on the room felt like it was very sticky air in it. The air was set at 63 degrees and didn't take the humidity out of the room. Made it uncomfortable to sit in or to sleep as the sheets would stick to you. The beds need to be upgraded. I sat on the edge of the bed and almost went to the box spring. You move a little bit and anyone sleeping next to you feels every movement. Bed were just plain uncomfortable. Staff was very nice to work with.

Bed bugs!

There is nothing good I can say about my one-hour stay here. We got a second floor room only to discover there is no elevator. After dragging our luggage upstairs we found a hot, musty room without the air turned on. Worst of all, when we tried to settle into bed, we found two large bedbugs on the pillows. We packed up and left and went next door to Hampton Inn, which was a lovely experience.

The outside looks rundown, inside smells of cigarettes and the room was not very clean - think hair on the sink, bathtub, etc.

Please let me know the room # you are referring to and I will make sure to talk to the appropriate housekeeper about this. As for the external appearance, it makes me think you have got the wrong hotel. Our exterior is not flashy but at the same time quite good. We have not heard that it looks "rundown" from any guests. The pictures on the site are current.

This was a nice hotel.

Pros: I felt like the hotel rooms were very well designed and I felt that they were clean.
Cons: I thought everything was well-done.
Location: There were malls within the area and restaurants.
I really thought this hotel had some nice features and I was very impressed by the friendliness of the staff. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It was quiet and I very much felt at home in this place.

It was a great stay. Room was clean. They had a great breakfast set up & the room prices were very reasonable.

OK for the price

Nice enough for weekend stay. Housekeeping had left only 1 bath towel, no hand tos or washcloths, but front desk staff brought a full set quickly. Hot breakfast items are exactly the same every day.
