Remodeled, but not smoke free

Remodeled, but not smoke free! While they have remodeled this hotel, the smoke free rooms are not smoke-free. The smell has not been removed. Also, they promote that they have HBO. It was not working. You could only see HBO but not hear it. The breakfast is what is to be expected. The rooms are clean. But if they could just remove the smell that would help. Also there is no elevator, something I was surprised to find out, being that most facilities have to have an elevator.

Quiet & Clean

Pros: Let me stay in my room until 12 even though checkout was 11. Frig & microwave in room.
Cons: Lacked free airport shuttle. No pool. Coffee was not available during the day.
Location: Was there for college reunion.

I have noted your feedback about coffee, not sure if you checked the breakfast room, coffee is available all the time in breakfast room from an automated machine. I will check it to make sure there was no issue with the machine. As for the shuttle and pool, we have never advertised those as amenities. Convenient location, good price.

The hotel was completely adequate for our 2-night stay. The non-smoking room that they gave us smelled like smoke, but they gladly offered us another room, which smelled better. The hotel location gave us easy access to the interstate as well as major arterial roads for getting about town.

Pros: i liked the clean room
Cons: fix the sidewalk at the front door where the luggage cart wheels wont go good

verall nice stay, room was clean and quiet, the enteryway into front door is very hard to get the luggage cart over

Ok Hotel

Don't even bother with asking for a late checkout. My husband was in meetings. We asked for a late checkout do I didn't have to just sit for hours, wouldn't give us one. No ketchup at breakfast for eggs because they only have "basics". Since when is a condiment not part of basics?

Close to Rockwell Collins - hence the address

Pros: Everything worked!
Cons: They did a good job. I'm sure there are things, but the experience was good.
Location: Near Rockwell Collins.
A very good stay. No it isn't a top of the line big-name, but it was a very solid room. Everything in the bathroom worked. The shower was powerful. Hot water plentiful and constant. Wifi solid and working - and there were plenty of people there when I stayed. They even had a bathroom nightlight - which is a big plus for the over-50 crowd ;-). TV was LED and HD with some HD channels. Bed was clean and comfortable. Noise was acceptably low - although I could hear my neighbors a little - but still within acceptable limits. There was no view at all. I looked out my window and there was a concrete wall there. That actually worked out as I didn't worry about peepers (I'm an old dude, but hey I can dream, right?) YET still could leave blinds open and know when daybreak occurs. I know, that sounds odd. The little courtesy breakfast - while standard, was quite well done and servicable unless you are a health nut - which I'm not. The staff were courteous and the little lobby was quite comfortable - although would only accommodate one set of people talking. Overall - great place for business person to stay. I don't know about recreation nearby. They had a weight/fitness room, but I did not use.

Great value, friendly staff

Pros: Close to my customers location and restaurants.
Cons: Beds could be nicer.
Location: Close to the interstate and several restaurants.
I stayed was able to book a room at the last minute at this hotel through my Expedia mobile app. I had stayed there before and knew it was a great value. I was not disappointed. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Although there is quite a bit of traffic in the area it's very quiet in the room. I'll stay there again.
