The room and hallways dirty and had a musty smell, the remote for the tv was not a type to use for that tv. The pool was the very small and the water cold. The hotel is for those that do not care about their stay and need a place to stay. For me I like to be comfortable and able to relax noot deal with other peoples hair and getting up each time to change channel

Breakfast offered was limited at best. Maintenance was badly needed and A/C equipment was in poor condition and very noisy.

Not pleasant

Rooms were not clean when we arrived. Hotel guests were rude and overly loud. Did not get to use facilities at all. Rooms were overpriced for the quality of the rooms. Would not stay there again.

I am sorry that our housekeepers were still going through the rooms when you arrived and I am happy that we were able to accommodate your family by getting them into the finished rooms. I am sorry that you did not take advantage of our facilities. We do try to accommodate all of our guests which is why the pool was kept open specifically for guests outside of the party of which you I'm sure you are referring to. We did recently come under new ownership in August of 2013 and we are still in the process of making upgrades. I hope you give us the chance to exceed your expectations in the future.

It was a CONSTRUCTION ZONE!! Hotel should have closed for a weeks time; gotten all remodeling done and THEN open to the public. The smell of varnish, stain, paint filled the 1st floor. The hot tub has been removed, the pool area was being remodeled. I would NOT recommend this hotel to ANYONE!!

Hotel was overpriced

Pros: location to our relative
This hotel had an odor throughout. Elevators smelled of smoke. Beds were comfortable Bathroom Clean But feel we paid too much This should not be higher than 49.00

You get what you pay for $$$$

Did not sleep all night due to the noise in hallway, rooms on both sides. Contacted front desk, but did not do anything about it .
