Friendly staff, clean, comfortable room. Breakfast area was kept well stocked and clean with no apparent rush to close at 9 (as seen at too many other places). Would stay there again.

The hotel was very clean. It is showing some age but it was clean. There was hot water when I showered and the water pressure was good. It was quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

Got to the hotel at 4 and had to wait 25 minutes to get checked in because the person at the desk didn’t know how to check me in. Ridiculous

The room was very good overall. The only problem I had was that the heater was turning on and off all night long (10 - 15 seconds off and then back on) which keep waking me up the first night but it was good otherwise.

I know it was snowing but they didn't do well with keeping sidewalk cleaned. Cable service was very minimal for stations and kept cutting out

Very clean, well-appointed furnishings, fresh carpet, bed very comfortable. Only drawback that keeps me from giving it an overall Excellent rating is the walls/ceiling/windows do not keep out or even muffle the nearby sounds, voices, movement.

Desk clerk had a difficult time checking us in. Had to call other staff. Finally got assigned a room that was supposed to be a king room but was two doubles. When we opened the door the room was freezing. The window was wide open.

I needed to schedule a quick meeting and this turned out to be the perfect spot. The room was large, the fridge was large enough to store drinks without everything falling out when the door was opened. Checkin/checkout was quick and friendly.

The beds were super comfortable and room was reasonably clean however I did not get the roof that I on purpose reserved and was pretty unhappy to hear they had rented it to someone else.

Couldn’t get our TV to work right (was told it had to do with the cable box sensor), but everything else was fine. We’ll likely be back next time we’re seeing family in the area. Worth a stay for sure.

I just needed a clean place to rest for the night, at a reasonable price. I was a little leery because of the price, but I was pleasantly surprised. Compared to the other hotels in the area, it was a great deal. Friendly polite staff and more importantly to me, it was clean!

Convenient location with food and gas stations nearby. The staff was nice but talked to each other more than to us.The hotel and rooms need repair. Our curtains were slashed and moth-eaten, the door looked like it had been kicked in, and the bathtub needed complete re-sealing. The shower head was coming off the wall.

I was surprised at the cleanliness of the room for the price. It smelled nice to. The breakfast was good. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would stay again if I get that way.

The room was nice but there were so many things broken. The TV, A/C, and shower head. Made it all but impossible to shower. The TV was so messed up. It was on and only way to turn off was unplug it. Then remote was broke so you couldn't change the volume up or down. The A/C unit only blew on HI...regardless of what level you had it on. The temp control was broke as well. It blew same air temp regardless of what it showed.
