“Unfortunately the restaurant was not open, closed for renovations. The coffee available was not very good and no lids were available so you could not easily take it to go. A pick up bagel or sweet roll or snack of some kind would have been nice to take when we had to leave early in the morning. The staff was lovely. The lady the checked us in was very helpful in finding local food options when the restaurant was closed for renovations.”

“We stayed one night and the room was clean and the property was minimal with modern flare. The room was clean, bed comfy, breakfast decent. I loved the night light that brighter and dimmed with motion. Close to highway, but no noise. Would stay again when back to Grand Rapids.”

“Stay was comfortable. We did have to ask for clean linens during our stay, however. We found some dirt on one of the beds which made us wonder how thoroughly the room was cleaned.”

“It was a nice clean and new facility. We did have issues with their fancy TV. 85 and 87 year-old people do not know how to do some of those things involving black magic. Our big issue was the fact that Expedia never updated our reservation. I originally registered for the wrong date. The hotel could not change it because they said the reservation was made by Expedia. I knew nothing about Expedia. I thought I was dealing with the hotel. I paid the extra $103 to have them change my overnight date……
