Trip to Cedartown
Had to change rooms because of a water leak but the change was handled quickly. The breakfast was great and the room was spacious.

For the price, I was happy.
Customer service was excellent! The room was spacious, and the bed was super comfy. TV had direct tv with movie channels- that was a plus. On the down side, the pool was not heated. It was cold like ice. And there is no longer a hot tub. Also, our room was musty and had a funny smell... felt like there was a humidifier running??? I think it's just an older hotel, but for the price, I was happy.

Bring Lysol and Bug Spray
Two roaches running around the bathroom. The tub was peeling where you had to stand to shower. Felt very unclean, thankfully I brought flip flops and Lysol with me.

Bonefrog hotel stay
Hotel was clean, convienie t to my event and staff was very friendly, room was very spacious and the pillows were incredibly comfortable as was the bed, breakfast was good!

They overbooked and canceled on us!
We booked this hotel and paid and about 30 minutes later we get a text that it was overbooked and cancelled. I had to call hotels.com and ask for a refund.

Beautiful place and best service in the world!
We stayed here during Hurricane Irma and cannot express in words all the gratitude for these people. They took the best care of us, cook us, gave us donations. The hotel and the place is beautiful too, but the outstanding service is something you dont see every day!!!

Hurricane Irma
We evacuated our parents from Florida due to hurricane Irma. When they arrived after a long days of driving they were met by a more than welcoming than welcoming staff, a community of volunteers who provided guests with a barbaque dinner and a spacious suite! Thank you for your hospitality!

Great stay!
Lauren and the Staff were great! The rooms were clean and very comfortable. I woulkd highly recommend this hotel. The only drawback is the pool, although nice to look at, isn't open.

Nice hotel in town.
When I arrived they could not find my reservation. The clerk was nice and said she had the same situation earlier with another party. She gave me two rooms as there was three of us and the only rooms left were with one king bed. Luckily I had my reservation information in my phone which was fine through Expedia.

Nice but not ready for prime time.
This hotel has recently undergone a change of ownership and major remodeling effort. The result is a very nicely appointed, clean environment. However, there were many glitches that indicate they weren't quite ready to reopen yet. The desk staff was not properly trained, the front desk computer system was not working well, the room was missing a couple of things (working phone, ice bucket), and, most important of all, there was no hot water!

Close to Silver Comet Trail... busy street but with ok sidewalk to safely ride. Staff was very helpful and the king from large with all new bed and bedding.

Nice Hotel and convenient location
We selected this hotel for location and the indoor pool. Unfortunately they no longer have a hot tub. We needed two rooms for our party. The King Suite for the money was the best room as it comes with a little kitchen and living room area. Hotel is convenient to a few good restaurants.

Although I didn't need it, I was assigned a handicapped accessible room. It was easy to access from the outside and the room itself seemed to have the desired adjustments and amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, I was happy with my room and would go there again.

Nice hotel great room and area in room. Chose to stay there because of our activities that day, wanted to take advantage of the heated pool and hot tub after being out in the cold all day. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working and the pool did not have the heater on until we mentioned using it which made it pretty much useless. IF we had known we would have stayed down the road at a $59 / night hotel which is just as nice but did not have a pool.

A Happy Thanksgiving!
Everything was wonderful. The staff was great and made us feel at home for the 5 days we were there. The only problems were the hot tub wasn't working and the ice machines were broken. They were in the process of being fixed. The pool was warm and great! We will definitely stay there the next time.

The hotel was geat! Would definitely stay there again.
The purpose of my trip was to ride the Silver Comet/Chief Ladiga Trail with the halfway point being in Cedartown, Ga. The hotel was great after a long day of riding. It was welcoming. The staff were very friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean. The hot breakfast was outstanding! I would definitely stay there again and would like to make it a yearly experience.

In general the hotel was ok but one issue was a disappointment, especially for a typically good quality brand like Holiday Inn. At 11 pm when we were getting ready for baths and bed after a long day we realized that we had no bath towels. I called the front desk and a few minutes later he appeared with 3 pool towels (slightly bigger than hand towels and predictably thin) with the explanation that when they are full up they often run out of towels. I can understand running out of towels in the middle of the afternoon while cleaning and restocking rooms but to not have that recorrected by 11 pm is poor planning and management. By the way...we had 2 rooms. Our adult daughters were in a room down the hall and had the same pool towels in their room at check-in.

The hotel was very nice and clean. However, when I checked in they insisted to run my credit card even though I booked through expedia. They ended up double charging me which I did not realize until I got home. Three phone calls and over a week later they still have not refunded me my money.
