Fan in bathroom makes an awful noise when on. The ac unit makes a constant irritating noise the whole time it is on as well, we had to sleep with the tv on to drown it out.

1. Deck clerk was less than courteous and very hard to understand. Wouldn’t except my military ID as a form of conformation. 2. We are senior citizens with disabilities making the stairs a huge challenge. “No elevators” No help was offered by staff in assisting with luggage. 3. The room was rated as a 10 on website. Although it was clean and acceptable, or rating was closer to a 7.5. I will close by saying, the room was clean, and comfortable.

Bleach smell was overwhelming
Thankful that this year's holiday stay was much quieter than last year. Nice room, very convenient to my needs in Cedartown. The only thing was the extreme (I mean extreme) smell of bleach .......... it was too strong to the point where my eyes were watery and it took two days to get that smell out of my system. WHY do they think they have to use 'that much' bleach. This would have been an extremally positive review if it wasn't for that - just made the stay uncomfortable.

Had a good 4 night stay. Owner is easy to talk to and nice. No problems at all while here. Free breakfast and free ice is nice. Good restaurants in walking distance also.

Nice staff, sad looking motel.
They said they did not have my reservation but checked me in on some fashion. The staff was very nice and made extra effort to make us welcome. The hotel is is sad shape. Very old and unattractive decor. I doubt that the floors were very clean. Hard to tell wit the garish carpet.

Dear Valued Customer, I would like to appologize to you about not being able to find your reservation. Unfortunately, sometimes that does happen and we are not entirely sure as to why. We have address this same issue previously with the third parties for them to try and fix the issue. However, we are pleased to see that you did have a good experience while staying with us. About our decor the owner has their own taste as do anyone else. Every hotel is different and the like these kinds of decor. We are not a old hotel either as I can remember when this hotel was built. The floors are clean the each get shampooed and vacuumed. Sorry that you think our hotel was not to your standards. We do try our hardest here at the Quality Inn than some other hotels that are out there.Please have a great day!

Dear John, We appreciate that you took the time to put some kind of review on here for us. Unfortunately, the hotel is not run down like you are trying to say. We did have an issue with a A/C and a leak, but it also did get fixed within a timely manner. Any hotel can have this same issue. Yes, it is an older hotel, but it is not that old like you are trying to say it is. I can remember when this hotel was built. We have already done major renovations to the hotel since the owners who owns it now has bought it. But as anyone would know it does take time to do certain projects. I do hate that you think all of these things about our lovely hotel. We try our best to make sure that every guest has a good experience while staying with us and we are sorry that you did not enjoy it the way that you wanted to.

Nice place to choose in Cedartown
Small place with around 20 rooms but with wonderful service from front office. Breakfast is not continental & Hot. Rooms are clean & good. Your concerns was addressed immediately.

Excellent hotel for biking the Silver Comet
Hotel was clean, nice and quiet, price was good. We were biking the Silver Comet bike trail over 2 days. Hotel is only a mile from the trail - excellent place to stay for a bike trip on the comet.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is in extreme need of updating. Our TV was huge, which was nice, but it had to sit at a slant in order to fit in the corner they had placed it. The toilet paper dispenser was literally coming out of the wall. The owners need to put some money into minor fixes as well as major updating.
