"We had a great stay at The Royal Sonesta. Property was clean. Staff was extremely friendly with top-notch customer service. Pool was very busy. After a busy morning of traveling, we were looking forward to relaxing around the pool and discovered the pool deck was extremely packed. We had to get up early the next morning in order to find three loungers together. I didn’t realize that the resort sold day passes, and I’m not sure if this was the reason for the high traffic in the pool area. There was plenty of room on the beach, but if you’re looking for pool time, keep this in mind. Food was amazing. Location was great. Would definitely stay here again."

"The stay was great. The Staff was great, the lagoon beach west of the hotel was awesome and safe. Condado beach was red flagged as unsafe and one life was lost during our week there. The persons went in the water at dusk. Red flags and signs said not to go in the water. This hotels lagoon beach was a god send, safe and the pools ect as well. perfect stay."
