We didn’t have a very good experience. Though the staff (retaurant wait staff and housekeeping) were friendly and helpful, management was not. We had a bad leak in the A/C of our room and had to be moved to a lesser room (from ocean view to parking lot view) and were not given a discount for our trouble even though our suitcase, which was on the floor, got soaked all the way through to the clothes in the puddle of water caused by the leak. The breakfast is abundant if a bit chaotic with so many people at one time. The beds are not up to the quality of the price (really hard and lumpy) and neither are the linens or towels. The big draw is the setting which is fantastic with a nice restaurant terrance overlooking the ocean.
