"We just got back from La Concha and honestly we are so impressed. We read a lot of mixed reviews and were considering other hotels, but this ended up being one of the best hotel experiences of our lives. Everything was amazing, especially the pools. They were the perfect temperature, never felt overly crowded even during Christmas week, and the two hot tubs were such a nice touch and felt private. They even gave out sorbet near the pool which was such a small but thoughtful detail. The resort never felt packed, although I would recommend going to the pool earlier in the day to get the best seats. The absolute best part of this hotel was the STAFF. I have never experienced service like this anywhere. Every single person was kind, patient, and genuinely wanted to help. From the front desk and lobby staff to the beach staff, waiters, and concierge, everyone went above and beyond. Since it was Christmas time, they even gave us coquitos every night, which made the experience feel extra special and very Puerto Rican. The restaurants on site were really good, the piña coladas and beach drinks were amazing, and even the food at the bar exceeded expectations. The location is perfect, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we booked a corner city view room but still ended up with a beautiful partial ocean view. "The staff in general is very attentive, always looking out for any needs. Hector was always attentive to us and our needs. It is very central, for those who want to be on the beach yet still close, with many restaurants and bars. Accessible and a very pleasant atmosphere."
