The simera wine tasting with lunch was ridiculously great value. Topped off by a really impressive sunset over the vines, it was like they arranged everything. We went very early in the season so we practically had the Scuderie to ourselves, and there wasn’t a wedding in the castle so it was totally peaceful. Beautiful place that makes beautiful wine!”

“Our stay was excellent. The staff service was outstanding, very friendly and they went above and beyond to make our stay great. Breakfast was very nice, offering more of a selection than other stays in/around tge Puglia region. The accomodation was very new, with everything you need. The bed was very comfortable, for a great night sleep. The pool was a little cold, but its quite refreshing and nice once your in. “The construction of the thousand year old building was amazingly beautiful! The park like grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The staff was very kind and helpful. The bed was firm, like most beds in Italy. I have to say though the pillows were the worse pillows I’ve ever had to sleep on. They were fat hard rubber pillows. 😩 ”
