For instance, when we arrived late because our flight was delayed and without our checked bags, the individual dispatched by the hotel to collect us at the airport was patiently waiting for us. He then calmly transported us to the hotel and delivered us directly to the kind folks at the resturant who had kept the kitchen open so we could have dinner. The next day hotel staff researched the status of our luggage and helped us retrieve it. Though our late arrival had been inconvient, everyone made us feel welcome and appreciated. "
