Langkawi HolidayPosted Sep 19, 2017
Pros: its overall appearance, and its facilities.
Cons: Have Security to control NOISE from guests who have no respect for other quests, other Resorts do not tolerate such behaviour.
Location: It close to the beach, underwater world and the shops and markets, out the front is mini market, which is very convenient.
We had a good Holiday the Resort we stayed at was very nice, and close to Underwater World and the shops etc. Great place for young families. Breakfast was average, but don't drink the coffee it was blood horrible, it was more like used engine oil. The room was nice, but dated. You can Hire a car from the hotels tours desk. The shower was nice, except for the electric hot water system and power point being in the shower with you. And the worst complaint was the noise made by adults from 10PM to 5AM, not continuously, but adults very badly shouting and screening at each othready, slamming doors, etc. The worst we have ever encountered. Because of the noise, I would not recommend this Resort to couples or return ourselves.

In its star class this hotel met our expectationsPosted Jul 27, 2017
Pros: The Aseania team in all areas of the hotel were both very friendly and helpful; location was most suitable and in star class, to our expectations.
Cons: As hotel looks on the "tired" side in some areas, a splash of paint and wall decorations would not go astray.
Location: Aseania has a very decent pool along with a pool bar with ready access to the beach, street markets, a variety of food outlets and massage locations
Aseania is a very suitable hotel within its star rating class; the front office staff were both friendly and helpful; the room was a good size though our ground floor room, which was great, perhaps was not overly sound proof from the room entrance hallway and had a safe for storage of valuable items. Breakfast buffet provided a good selection of food alternatives, there was evening entertainment and a great pool.to relax by. Though the Aseania is not located on a beach front, the closest beach entrance is only a short 7 or so minute walk which was never an issue and the beach had plenty of activity options if that's your play. From the Aseania, you have ready access to street markets, a variety of food outlets and massage locations. FYI, best coffee we came across is at the McCafe which was also the cheapest "in town" and barely a 5 min walk away from the Aseania.

Amazing despite the smell of moldPosted Jul 15, 2017 on Hotels
Amazing stay: staff+++, dining with Folks entertainments every 2days, swimming pool, local area++++, big parking, but the room with a smell of mold was very very strong and bad even our wears adsorbed it even after departure. N.B. this was my 2nd stay after 3 years ago and the same thing was but I still choosing if I return to langkawi.
Good stay.!!!Posted Jul 5, 2017 on Hotels
Very satisfied with the room and resort. Yes, could use a bit of upgrade here and there. Overall, a great place for family with kids. The pool is the best part of the resort! Our room was not ready when we arrived, we got the keys to the room at 6:30pm. That was the only issues we had and would appreciate if the situation can be managed better next time. We waited almost 3 hours for the room, and didn't get compensated for it

A great resort for family with kids.Posted Jul 5, 2017 on Hotels
We came back and stayed at Aseania Resort for the 2nd time during Raya. No changes to the resort - rooms could use some renovation and staff is great! Love the pool..!!!

The hotel is lil bit rundown , needs renovation . The breakfast is not any good as it used to be earlier . The hotel staff need a mention for their warm welcome and pleasant smile always . Well Located too.

OkayPosted May 21, 2017 on Hotels
It is all okay for the price. The place is kind of huge to compare with other hotels at the area and the facilities are okay. Mybe due to old age, some things are actually showing the sign of aging (pillows, blankets cue=rtains etc). It is still worth the money though.
