Road trip
We chose this hotel for our stay in Logrono. It was ok. The room was suitably for a couple of nights but it wouldn’t have suited us for anything longer. The lack of windows in the breakfast room made it feel uncomfortable. The breakfast was ok but not as good as others we had experienced elsewhere. The staff were friendly and efficient. Overall a ok hotel

Overall very good experience. Room was small as I they are throughout Europe, but well appointed. Lobby bar was hit or miss. Location was beyond perfect- just close enough to everything in Logroño. Parking was awful but we knew this would be true. Only big issue was climate control- with the window open (it was in the 50’s to low 60’s F) and the air conditioning on, I don’t think the room ever got below 80-ish.

Buenos días y muchas gracias por su comentario. La verdad, que estos días ha hecho un calor inesperable y hoy nos viene el frío. Lo sentimos, de verdad y comunicarle que en el hotel, todavía no esta instalado el aire acondicionado porque nuestro sistema no permite aire acondicionado y calefacción a la vez. De ahí que si puso usted el aire le salia caliente y en vez de enfriar aun hacia más calor. Muchas gracias por habernos elegido y lo sentimos de verdad.

Short break to Logrono
Perfect location and great for a couple of nights in Logrono. Lovely hotel, spacious clean modern rooms. A couple of minutes walk from the old town and plenty of tapas bars. Staff really helpful. If driving would recommend to use the public underground parking next to the hotel. Its safe and the same price. Unless you've a tiny car the hotel's carpark spaces are tiny and really difficult to get in and out of (as with the carpark itself).

Amazing Stay
Very convenient location to bars, restaurants, and shops. David the bartender at the hotel was my favorite part of our stay there. This month will be his 20 year anniversary and I hope he sees this review THANK YOU FOR YOUR 20 YEARS DAVID!! The other staff were also very accommodating and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Clean, modern rooms. Soft beds. Great location. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby. Easy, five minute walk to Calle Del Laurel. Friendly and helpful staff who spoke some English. Onsite parking is expensive. Safe, free public parking is across the street, just about a block away.

Expensive car park charge!!
Great location, friendly staff, only down side was I parked my car in the garage but was not told that there was a charge until it appeared on my bill in the morning... €18 to park my car in the garage for one night is an obscene amount!

Comfortable and convenient
We had a great stay. The hotel was comfortable and provided easy access to Calle Laurel, where you can do a "tapas crawl." We had three people, so I slept on a rollaway bed. It wasn't the most comfortable, but it was fine. The regular beds were more comfortable. I would recommend staying here.

We had a very nice stay The price was reasonable
Every thing we expected. Found the parking a little bit expensive & very tight to navigate about the underground garage but this is typical of the area . Staff is pleasant and helpful. Room was quiet and clean . I would stay there again.

The hotel staff were very helpful and polite. The lobby was beautiful and the breakfast was nice. The hotel is in a great location just a stroll from the old town. Unfortunately when we arrived we were given a room that stank of smoke. We were moved immediately to a new room which smelled very damp and musty. We opened the window and left it open for the duration kf the stay which helped. The decor in the room was very old fashioned although the lobby was quite modern. Not a 4 star hotel in my opinion but I would stay here again due to location.

Well located hotel on the main avenue in Logrono, and only a few minutes from the old town with its fantastic food and drink. Looking a bit old fashioned now though with décor needing an update. My room was large and so was the bathroom, plenty of space to relax. TV signal a bit dodgy though. Free wifi throughout. Good value for my stay, too.

Hotel located on gran via so a short walk to old quarter.booked a double room but air con not working(response a bigger room but 2 singles & told to open 1st floor window?)bar/cafe staff didn't understand the word MENU?.wifi is free but not working/poor connection/slow.marble bathrooms are large & better than rooms.despite showing my RES. & passport @ check in they still got my details wrong,so on check out they ask to see passport when paying by debit card -cause names didn't match-rubbish?.surly staff

I stayed here when I was in Logroño for a conference. I was impressed with the level of service, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good too. I would certainly recommend this hotel as good value for money.

Reasonable hotel for price paid
Car park is underneath hotel and accessed from rear of building. Driving in the car park is quite challenging if you have a large car, due to lack of space between pillars. Booked a triple room for myself, my wife and daughter. One arrival in room, noticed that three single beds had been crammed into what was already a smallish room. Had no option but to pay for a separate single room for our daughter at quite a significant cost. Walk in shower in bathroom did not drain properly. When I complained was told that there were no maintenance people available over the weekend and the drain could not be unblocked until the Monday. Was offered another room, but decided not to accept it as no double beds available. Staff in hotel otherwise friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK and was included in room rate. Hot selection was only just warm though. Location is very good. Excellent Japanese restaurant (named Miyako Teppanyaki) about 50m from the hotel. Great service and reasonable prices. Fantastic outdoor swimming pool complex (with a few large slides) about 15 minutes walk from hotel - well worth a visit on a hot day. Generally hotel could benefit from a revamp, but if you think of it as a good 3* hotel, rather than the 4* official rating you will not be disappointed.

Great please for the price. Not exactly in the center of things, but still off the highway enough to quiet and fairly central for wine tasting or just for passing through.

What a dissapointment!
Rated as a 4 star in Spain, this hotel was anything but. Only one clerk to check us in (but it was very late at night) and then the room was very shabby. Towels were frayed, window would not open (very stuffy room), the final straw was a glass of wine (?) had been spilled on the bed through all bedding. It took a long time to change rooms as there was only one clerk and he was busy. Second room was heavy smoking (we requested non smoking), finally the 3rd room worked. By now 1 1/2 hrs had passed. Breakfast was very expensive, Bars on either side were much more reasonable. Location was fine for us as the hotel is on the main drag very close to the Camino Santiago which we were starting to hike the next morning.
