We left after less than a minute. "The accommodations were comfortable, the location was excellent, the staff was attentive and the breakfast was terrific. Would stay again. Be advised the heated indoor pool is only open after 2pm. My only disappointment was not being able to swim in the morning, as this was the primary reason I booked this hotel over others. For a fee I was able to use the pool at the larger hotel next door- which was fabulous and had views of the Castle. "

"Gym and spa is fantastic. Cocktail bar is very nice but service can be a little slow. Weirdly only two packets of milk per day so the coffee machine is largely useless. Needs to be significantly more. Bed was mostly comfy. Balcony area is nice. Generally a very good hotel but a few areas require improvement "

Only downside was the room was far too hot (up to 26 degrees) and the air con wasn’t working as it was still on the winter setting. The only suggestion was to open the window which helped a bit but it couldn’t be left open overnight. "
