good parking

Pros: great staff, clean
Cons: I was disappointed that the spa and pool was closed down. A warning would have been nice.
Location: just went to sleep
I haul cars and the parking was well enough to park my truck and trailer

Fantastic Stay

We had a fantastic stay! The manager Matty Wahlstrom was extremely helpful during our stay. He and the staff are professional and very kind. I will definitely recommend my friends and family stay at this establishment. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!

The pool was a big reason we wanted this hotel and it was way cold and dirty gross

It was obvious that the carpet had not been cleaned and the desk top and end tables were also dirty .

Dirtiest Hotel we've ever stayed in

Pros: The sheets on the bed and the towels were clean.
Cons: Pay or train the cleaning staff to actually clean the rooms. Ask your FD staff to treat guests more cordially.
Location: The location was perfect for our purposes in the tech center. It's also close to various restaurants and coffee shops and Park Meadows Mall.
Our disappointing stay started with check-in where the FD clerk seemed inconvenienced by our request to check in. In our room, we were immediately greeted by a wall of cigarette stench that someone had tried to cover up with some perfumed spray. It was nasty. We were given a new room without so much as an apology ("Oh but this is a non-smoking hotel."). But this new room, as we slowly realized was disgusting - the toilet had obviously not been cleaned in a long time; there was hair in the shower and the sink, as well as what appeared to be blood. After a long day of traveling, we didn't want to move all our stuff again and instead invested in some Clorox wipes. The only thing that seemed clean was the bed - it had new sheets on it; and there were fresh towels in the bathroom. In the morning my husband found an old coffee filter in the coffee maker. But at least the coffee downstairs at the buffet was not battery acid as I expected - it was actually decent. The swimming pool, too, was dirty, bugs floating in the water and just grime and dirt everywhere on the floor. Down the hallway to the back parking lot there were boxes of trash just stacked and rodent droppings everywhere on the floor (and a backdoor that didn't even lock). Upstairs in the hallway it looked like a tiny dog (or raccoon?!) had relieved itself. Overall, we told ourselves 'you get what you pay for.' Never again. I can't believe this is a Choice Hotel.

We are currently brand new owners and we are in the process of renovating the interior of our property as we have already treated the exterior. Therefore, it helps us to know what needs to be addressed and I assure you these items will be dealt with. We are a 100% smoke free property inside, any smoking must take place outdoors in specific/designated areas. Any guests that choose to smoke in our rooms or indoors at our hotel will be charged a $250 fee and this has been implemented thanks to your helpful review. We also have brand new service agents now as we turned over staff after we turned over the property. We will be going over guest satisfaction again just to ensure everyone is on the same page. We apologize for the inconveniences during your stay but this was addressed and we sincerely hope that you will consider us again in the future the next time you are in the Tech Center at Denver, Colorado. dirty bathroom, not clean enough to feel comfortable in ( and I'm a pretty easy going person). carpet looked pretty worn out, and halls looked like they needed an intense cleaning as well. they have tile in the halls to the rooms I mean, but they just look very... dirty? similar to a dirty restraints restroom.

Be aware!

The first room given had an open tequila bottle in the fridge and beer cans. It smelled like smoke, was filthy to include a cockroach on the curtain and a bathroom to awful to discuss. When I opened my bed it had body hairs and what looked like insect legs. The A.C. also wasn't working properly. Omar at the front desk was amazing and was very helpful, but the building itself needs a complete overhaul.

Great location while visiting Denver

Bed bugs alll over

My entire back is filled w bites from the bed bugs at this place . Do nottttrr stay here . So so awful
