Dissatisfied

Unfortunately, our poor experience started when the reservation was moved from Geddes Ave. Upon arriving we were told that we would need to go to a sister property at Easter Ave. When we arrived there we were then directed to a third sister property on Costilla Ave. At Costilla, the room was noisy, with a well worn bed and strange odor. The second night we were greeted with urine in the hallway and a car vandalized below our room. We cancelled the third night of the reservation. Extended Stay staff was sympathetic yet no offer to remedy the situation was offered. Feedback was requested by Expedia staff but no resolution was offered.

Dirty.

The carpet was dirty and ratty. Mold in the shower. Lady at the front desk had attitude problems.

good location but not kept well.

The first room was partially done and dirty. The refrigerator broke in the 2nd room and they told me I would have to wait 24 hours to get serviced as if it was my problem. Finally, when I told him I booked the based on the refrigerator and microwave, he found another room with that! The garbage cans were right next to the stair cases and they smell awful. They advertise free breakfast, all it it is coffee, small muffins, and bars. Overall, not happy and I would never stay with this chain again. The showers were not clean.

Pros: Very convenient location and the front office staff were very nice.
I don't think the room was cleaned before I checked in. There were particles of food on the floor. Different types of hair all over the bathroom, on the toilet, sink and shower floor / walls. Chunks of used soap in the bottom of the tub. Urine spots on the tub and all over the toilet. All of the kitchen items that were supposedly included with the room were not present. I did not need them so it wasn't a big deal to me but they were explained as standard items in each room.

The hotel grounds needed some attention. Outside my room was an accumulation of cigarette butts that appeared to have been there for some time. Just an overall sense of lack of attention.

Good price but not great

This hotel room had a really dirty floor. It was in a good area but it was run down and kinda dirty.

Difficult to get any service

Pros: The room itself was okay, except for the drain.
I had an extremely slow tub drain that I reported and it went ignored. Utensils aren't in the rooms, so you have to call for them, which is fine except they never get back with you. You have to corner the staff to get the utensils and then deliver them to the room yourself.

Dirty Accommodations!

The room was very dusty everywhere throughout the room. Hair throughout the bathroom area. Carpets was not vaccumed, stepped on a few objects in the room. Bed was hard, and felt the bed springs through the mattress! I was very disappointed at the cleanliness of this complex... And for the money I expected way more...

Stay away from this hotel

Carpet in room was full of stains, bathroom was dirty and shower tile was full of mildew. Bed linens were faded, and wrinkled. We went out and bought sheets and a blanket. Community trash cans outside of the door without lids. You had to "check out" any kitchen items, dishes, toaster, coffee pot, glasses, silverware. Nothing in room but towels and wash cloths. Pictures on website must have been from a different hotel. Would NOT recommend this hotel.
