The hotel was nice. The water level for the indoor pool was pretty low and the water was pretty dirty, but the room was comfortable.

Nice Bar

I thought the Fireside Bar was a classy little joint. The waiter Rudy is a capital fellow.

great except...

Pros: Very fancy
Cons: Motor fixed so no fire starts
Everything was great except in room 249 there was a motor in the walls trying to start and my electrician husband said that could start a fire. He worried about it all night.

Great hotel experience

I got a great deal for one night. We didn't get a chance to check out any of the restaurants but we did get a chance to enjoy the indoor pool. My bed was so comfy I didn't want to get up the next morning. I will definitely book here again!

Nice hotel, close to Denver

Pros: The room was great (loved the bed and the shower), great facilities, close to my family, Denver, and other attractions.
Cons: No coffee pot in the room.
Great experience with welcome, check-in, and all aspects of my stay. I enjoyed the room - Executive Level is way to go with the Executive Room, evening reception, and morning breakfast. The hotel has lots to offer with a coffee stand, restaurant, pool, shop, etc. but I did not like not having a coffee pot in my room. Only downside was when I asked about transportation to the airport and it was suggested I use their in-house town car service ($95, gratuity included) because, according to the staff I spoke with, Uber and Cabs could be quite a bit more than that (Uber was just under $38 for me).

Each guest room has a Keurig coffee machine, however we find that many guests are having difficulty finding them as they are located within the entertainment console with the safe and mini fridge, so we are trying to find a resolution to this issue. I also apologize for the communication regarding transportation which I will relay to the staff. We only stayed one night but enjoyed the pool, gym, restaurant and views! Was a great stay.
