Nice room with all amenities needed. One bad thing was not enough window to clear out odor after cooking.

Convenient hotel near business in Centennial

Location: Near the Park Meadows Mall, and the Inverness business park.
First, the only negatives: (1) had to unplug the fridge as it was making a racket (2) the room heater works well, but as soon as it overshoots your target temperature, it blasts the fan and then you freeze a bit and (3) the lamps all need to be turned on at the lamp itself - they are not controlled by a switch, which would be great if you could shut them all off quickly on the way out. Oh (4) the shower curtain is just fabric, which is just odd. Positives: clean, well lit, lots of parking, easy to access, great evening "social" from 5-7pm where they serve wine, beer, as well as snacks and essentially a light dinner. Excellent service from staff. Hotel has a little tuck shop in case you forget certain basics. Did not make use the cooking facility in my room. That would have been depressing... Did not make use of the two televisions in my room either but a wide range of channels are avail. Did not use the pool or gym facility, but should be good for keeping fit during long-term stay, and there is also an outdoor basketball half-court round back. The room / suite was very comfortable. Good wifi, comfy bed, excellent vanity lighting, hot water for days. Alarm clock, Iron and Hair dryer all excellent. The blackout curtains are hidden behind the sheer drapes - took me a day to figure that out.

Hotel staff was rude. They did not charge the room properly which caused my card to be over drafted by almost 900 dollars properly. Toilet was clogged and after a full day of telling them they begrudgingly switched the room to one that smelt like soiled dippers. Worst part of the vacation.

Bed was very comfortable. Staff appearance was very poor. Looks like she was going to A football game. I woke up to the bathroom and i i killed a bug in the bathroom. Was crawling on the wall. Hi

Great customer service

We had a miscommunication about our room and had to move to another room on our second day with little notice. This was extremely stressful with small children. When I alerted the manager, he quickly made the situation right. My only complaints were that the pool was too cold. My daughter's lips were turning blue. Also, there is no hot tub. Other than that, the hotel was great. They put out a new and decent breakfast each day.
