Cute little hotel, Wasn’t busy at all! But they said the breakfast started at 6:30 but when we went down there the breakfast lady very rudely told us that it wasn’t until 7 even though it was posted it and we were told the start time was 630. The gentlemen at the front apologized and was nicer about the delay. We went back down at 7 again for breakfast and she continued being rude then got on her phone and continued to stay on her phone.

Old property with extreme wear and tear. Most of amenities are not working. For example, charge plugs on every lamp, television set in the bedroom, etc. etc. There are scratches on furniture and floor. The desk is extremely old and chair was extremely dirty and uncomfortable. It was clear the owners are not taking care about upgrading anything. Everything is kind of in its last stage.

This property is very old. Rooms are outdated air-conditioning is not working, noisy. There are scratches on the table bathroom tiles and floor are old and rusty. Most of the switches in the room does not work to charge phone or laptop. It just feels like you rented an old one bedroom apartment from an Airbnb

When we checked in our room was hot at 74 degrees. We turned the air down and left for dinner. We came back a few hours later and the room was now 84 degrees. The air was not working correctly at all. Contacted the front desk and they said we could "check the temperature" in this other room. The room was cooler so we switched. But the air in that room did not work either. Lucky enough we could open the window in order to not be hot. Other than that everything was good.

Staff were kind and pleasant. The hotel was dirty, smelly and breakfast was horrible. Weird smell throughout the hotel. The pool was out of commission. Cracks in the walls.

Great location that is close to Denver. You could tell this was a corporate heavy location because on Saturday the area was pretty quiet immediately surrounding the hotel. Really easy to drive around and look at the beautiful buildings.

I was not happy with my room the ice bucket was dirty there was a hole in the wall well not a complete hole but right there was water damage it was too hot couldn't turn the heat up or down

We were looking for a hotel that offered a suite space for my parents and a good-sized room with two queens for my sister and I for our stay during mothers surgery at Swedish Medical. This hotel fit the bill. It was inexpensive, my parents' king suite was huge and our room was spacious, not like so many rooms that fit two beds into a tiny space. Well appointed. The staff was AMAZING! Every concern was addressed and handled (my dad asked for half & half rather than the creamer they had-next day they had some!). Elevator went out one evening but was fixed within hours. The hotel is older, but the beds were very comfortable, the linens like new and the furniture in good shape. The breakfast is just okay, but they have plenty of options. The coffee was quite good. We will absolutely stay again and highly recommend if you need an inexpensive, wonderfully staffed place to land for a few days. Thanks Wingate!

They even welcome you with a brownie and popcorns. It was clean and quiet. My family enjoyed the pool as well. The wifi was bad, but that is pretty much the only complaint and for the price, it’s understandable.

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by business offices. There is a Sprouts Grocery a short walking distance away next to a liquor store and many eating options also within the same complex. Right next door to the hotel is a Eating Hall where you can order a variety of foods and drinks, also an Indian Restaurant just behind that. So convenient!

Great place to stay
Great hotel, clean and spacious room, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast included (warm and cold food options). Especially loved the extra treats during the day (from the no judgement zone). Good value for the price and conveniently located close to grocery store, lightrail public transit.

Good Quiet Hotel close to food
Hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was very helpful in getting my clothes washed. Apparently they are renovating the laundy but they alowed me to wash clothes in their machines. Only giving a 4 because at check in I was not told about gym, pool, laundry situation and was not welcomed as a gold member like i have with other hotels.com properties

I was expecting a business oriented professional experience. There were several unprofessional signage on the doors and the tables had ads for drag shows. Leave all the liberal cap and personal views out of the business.
