cheap all around. grout coming out of the shower. wall paper is peeling off the wall. water stains on the wall & ceiling.

The experience was fine. The beds were kind of hard. The room was clean. I had to wait to check in because they were busy in the hotel but there was a sign saying they would be back.

Room had several maintenance issues

Pros: The staff were polite and did their best to accommodate.
Cons: Maintenance needs to be addressed. The problems in the room were unacceptable.
I will preface this review with a note that the staff were lovely and the location ideal for my business trip. However, there were a number of maintenance issues that lead to an uncomfortable stay. I stayed for two nights during the week. The first evening, I arrived late and went straight to bed after turning on the heat (the room was quite cold when I arrived). When I woke up, I discovered the room was 60 degrees and despite being set on heat, the AC had been on all night. I had to wear my coat while in the room. I informed the front desk and they said they would fix it while i was out during the day. The second evening, I return to room that's still colder than would be comfortable. I also discover the curtains by my bed have come completely off the wall and water is dripping from where they were attached. Thanks to the leak in the ceiling. the curtains and half the carpet around the bed were soaked. I went down to the desk and was informed there were no other rooms - only solution we could figure was to tape the curtains to the wall so I could have some privacy and sleep before my 5am departure. I have since reached out to the manager and have not received a return call. Overall, it was a poor experience and I will choose different accommodations for return visits.

Good Quiet Hotel in Denver Tech Center

Close to downtown Denver and quiet

We had plenty of room for our family of two adults and two children. We all slept comfortably. Room was very quiet and clean and staff was wonderful. Would definitely come back again.
