Great location

Pros: Great location, nice rooms
Cons: Elevators
Location: In center of city, close to many things.
Hotel was very nice and is in a great location. Only complaint was the elevator. Would wait 5 minutes or longer for elevator, & when it finally arrived was full. Frustrating!

Great location but indoor pool closed

We have stayed at this hotel many times with our family of five. We usually take the kids to the city every year around Christmas. We were disappointed this time because the indoor pool was closed and we had no idea. The indoor pool is one of the main reasons we stay here. I wish we knew ahead of time, ours kids were really disappointed.

A little bit confusion at first but overall good

Either Expedia or the hotel staff made a mistake that my last name and first name was confused. So, took a minute to locate my reservation. But the front desk staff was helpful and figured it out. The room was clean and nice with a view over the city hall. Its beautiful at night.

Great location

We spent 5 days in Philly. We had a wonderful time. The hotel was close to everything or a short Uber ride. The hotel staff was wonderful. We were able to have an early check in and upgraded us to a better room since we were going to be there 5 nights. The room decor was a little dated and needed a little maintenance but the hotel staff told us that the hotel was being renovated soon. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful overall experience.

Great room, clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff was was nice. Only disappointing thing was according to exemption, thought bedroom was in a separate room.

The hotel is located in Philadelphia Downtown. Loved the view of the city from my window. The bed rate A+++, really comfortable. The fastest checking ever. The room was very clean. Above all the price was a bargain. Highly recommended!

They got rid of the pool!!!!!

The pool is gone but we didn’t know. Kids were in tears. Definitely wouldn’t have chosen it. We were met with shrugs from the staff but eventually they gave us breakfast coupons. Still, the pool was the reason for our stay and we had 4 rooms on our party and everyone is so disappointedl.

Wrong information

First of all my toilet constantly was running water I complained several times nothing was done it was so annoying at night also when I was leaving I advised I would need a shuttle to go to the airport I was told no problem when I came down with my bags was told the shuttle was cancelled I was not notified or anything I them had to wait almost 45 min for a taxi as it was rush hour and it was showing
