Very nice hotel with a great location - rooms are clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was very good and well-stocked.

Exactly as advertised, nice staff, good location

Pros: Pool, breakfast.
Location: Tons - walk to parks - Love/Amor sculptures, Reading Market, Liberty Bell, Adventure Aquarium.
The hotel, room, and amenities were exactly as advertised in the photos and description. No tricks, no bait and switch. Good location, friendly staff, fair parking price (compared to others in the area). Would re-visit.

Weekend visit

Pros: Very friendly and professional staff. Convenient location. Clean, comfortable room. Better than average complementary breakfast.
Cons: The TV reception was spotty at times on the 7th floor - annoying at times.
Location: Right next to convention center. For an older couple it was a bit far to walk to historic area or the Rittenhouse Square area.
We visited U Penn graduate student and took in the new American Revolution Museum in the historic district. The Hampton Inn was convenient to the historic area as well as the Rittenhouse Square area by cab. Close to the convention center and China Town.

Cons: Breakfast. Eggs and sausage were disgusting.
Convenient location. Rooms are OK. Breakfast was so-so. Floors in the cafeteria were sticky. Don't get eggs and sausages - vile.

Management is unresponsive to calls regarding incident in parking lot. Also accounting does not return call regarding billing.

Hotel was central to all the sights we wanted to visit. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast buffet included so many options and very healthy selections.

Pros: The staff were helpful and friendly
Cons: An upgrade would be nice
Location: Great location. There are a few rough sleepers but this should not put you off visiting. It's a worldwide issue.
I liked the fact it was easy to walk to the shops, eateries, visiting Reading Market and greyhound bus station. I actually caught the 7.30am bus from the bus station to DC to meet up with friends for the day. Spent the afternoon at the museum, had lunch there, went on the river for a boat ride and had dinner at the station and was back in Philadelphia by 11.30pm! They do megabus from Philadelphia but you have to get a bus to 30th Street in order to get the bus. Spent 5 glorious nights in Phili, my city break and there is so much to see and do in this city. I will most definitely be back!
