chic & Classy

This beautiful hotel was chic and classy beautiful views and central downtown location. The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel it’s self was innovative with natural amenities and tons of lounge areas good bar too!

It was a great deal,great hotel,great location from the start. I have no negative reviews about my experience at Le Meridien great staff very patient with my guest and myself as we called the front desk for everything and they didn’t hesitate to assist. Very beautiful hotel inside and out 5 stars.

Really close to the convention center

Really close to the convention center , walking distance for every day of the tattoo convention. Great hotel and very clean .

Cons: The coffee maker in our room didn't work.
The hotel is beautiful. Great ambience and vibes. The hotel staff is super friendly and genuine. They really made my experience great. I loved the music in the lobby. The room was very comfortable with unique décor giving the room character, huge flat screen tv and the hotel itself is located in center phily across from town hall and close proximity to reading terminal and other bars and restaurants. Overall one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in!

great staff. Room was very nice, staff was accommodating. It was close to the convention we attended. Clean room, pretty hotel.

Great Location if That’s All You Care About

Upon arrival, the doormen and service desk attendant were very pleasant. The interior of the lobby was grand and welcoming. Upon entering my room, I get disappointed. There was a broken light fixture on the ceiling of the room I entered. When attempting to charge my phone, many of the outlets were not working. There was dust covering the electronics in the room which became very noticeable in the light. The shower was dirty and the single bath robe left in the room had stains on it. The curtains could not be drawn so there was no access to any natural light. The room was stocked full of over priced items for purchase except for a single, “complimentary” bottle of water. Since having had stayed at this hotel chain in Arlington, VA, and given the average cost of this stay per night, I had high expectations. In hindsight, I would have stayed at a more affordable hotel in the area and saved the cash for something else. Again, if all you care about is location and do not mind forking out more cash than is fair, stay here. If you want something more reasonable for your money, go elsewhere. I just wish that this hotel was as nice as it has been in other cities.

Quality, but could go the extra mile

Upon arrival at check-in time the computer system was down. We went down to the bar and ordered a drink, but it would be nice if we had been offered some during our wait. A couple of minutes after getting into our rooms, a member of personal simply walks in, notices us and apologizes and leaves. Within minutes reception calls to apologize and offer us free breakfast. Now this is more like it. Honest mistake (number 2, but still, just unlucky), and a satisfactory apology and resolution.

Incredible place to stay

Just as the title " states a good place to stay". The hotel service, room condition and atmosphere was amazing. I would give this hotel a 20 out of 5 if I could. Anyone visiting Philadelphia should make this hotel there #1 hotel.
