The room bedding and chairs was stained. The power went out for hours and no hot water. It took several calls to get assistance with getting clean linen. The outside, unfortunately had homeless people begging directly by the entrance door. The staff was nice but i will never go there again

This property has beautiful architecture and is very well decorated and well kept up. The common areas and rooms appear new and are not worn. The furniture, wallpaper and decor is all very pleasing and comfortable. The hotel is well located in Center City and it’s very easy to walk to restaurants, museums and shops. It is on the far side of the City Hall square however and I can see how one might feel uncomfortable walking there alone at night.

Very aged hotel. Location was ok, no self park options. Front desk was not helpful at all. No dining recommendations, no parking recommendations, we’re trying to extend time in Philly and they were not helpful in that either. Beds were old and uncomfortable. Everything looked dated and not well maintained.

Check in & check out was quick and easy. The hotel was close to everything we had planned for the weekend so that was very convenient. My only con would be the price for the valet parking. We opted to park at the conventional parking lot across the street.

Bed sheets were dirty, there was some sort of dirt in my bed, look like dead insects but probably crumbs. Late check in. No light in room. The room faces a brick wall, and there are not ample amount of lights to see in your luggage. Very disappointing.

The toilet in the room did not flush properly and it ran all night. The noise was unbearable and I could barely sleep. Also the valet parking prices are ridiculous!!!! $65 per night to park is a crime! I will never stay at this hotel again.

Fabulous stay. Super comfortable and restful. We were even given an exterior view room. Conveniently located. Staff was welcoming and helpful.

Very clean. Staff were very nice. Restaurant food was good. Only complaint is that if you get an inside room, you don’t see outside. The windows open to the middle elevator area. Sort of claustrophobic. Next time I’ll request an outside room.

Room unclean, dated, noisy bathroom door, uncomfortable bed & pillows, room safe not useable, door to room showed signs of break- in, family member had coat stolen. This hotel is a disgrace to the Marriott brand/name!

Room 832, the first bed was a problem. It has a dip in the center and my wife had to move to the other bed with my boy.
