Hotel stuff was extremely friendly and accommodating. It's walking distance from many attractions and public transportation. Next to the shopping district. Clean rooms and welcoming atmosphere.

Charming, historic hotel with extremely cordial, helpful staff. The room decor fit the period, the beds were very comfortable , and were well supplied with amenities. We had an appointment at nearby Wills , and booked for the convenient location; however, we hope to return in more pleasant weather. We'd like to enjoy the courtyard, and surrounding historic area.

Enjoyed lovely and historic Morris House hotel. Everything was excellent and staff was friendly and helpful. Room was large, comfortable and had charming decor and details. Hotel is in wonderful neighborhood and is also next to Morris restaurant and bar.

This hotel was totally different than any other hotel experience I’ve ever had. The historic aspect of the hotel made it more personal. I felt like I was staying in someone’s home. Unlike the large hotel chains that don’t have that personal touch. I would highly recommend the Morris House.

The hosts were more than welcoming. They were shore to offer us a room sooner than expected. They were kind to offer food or drink knowing we came from the hospital. They just went above and beyond to make our stay so very special.

I stay there every time I have business in Philadelphia. The staff is friendly and helpful, parking is just across the street, and it has so much more charm than a standard hotel. (I left something in my room once and they mailed it back to me -- very nice!)

I loved this historic home in an extremely historic neighborhood. The building and decor were immaculate and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Three fireplaces on the main floor were always going.

A magnificent stay at Morris House Hotel
I really enjoyed my stay at Morris House Hotel. I hope to bring my family next time. I was in town for a one-day business trip and wanted a hotel close to the historic sites. This was a great choice. It was clean and comfortable. Can't wait to come back in the future!

Liked the cleanliness, the staff, for the most part the room. Found the shower too tight, especially for my husband. We had no TV that nigh for whatever reason. Breakfast could be better, but was sufficient. Planning on returning especially because of the parking and convenience to the Will's Eye Center. I love history and older homes, very pretty inside as well as outside.
