The alarm went off a total of 3 times! Once at 2pm, 4pm and 10pm! I understand emergencies can happen with the elevator and you have to investigate to make sure everything is ok, but a hotel elevator should not have those sort of problems. Hundreds of people get on and off the elevator it should be equipped to handle that sort of traffic. The hotel is very nice, great location and the staff was awesome. But after a long day you want to have a comfortable sleep, not get awakened by a loud alarm that comes on because the elevator is “angry!” Also, there should be more security around to stop the homeless people from coming into the building.

We thought this hotel was recently renovated but the room is certainly not and it was a little dirty. Try somewhere else unless you get a discount.

Unpleasant room design

Stayed in the tower across from the main building. Room was spacious, yet felt cold and industrial, carelessly furnished with outdated interior design. Simply not comfortable.

NO RECYCLING at Marriott. It's shameful!

downtown location is good, far from airport. Bed was hard! and NO RECYCLING.

Great location

Perfect location for our convention. Terrible view of a wall and roof from room 889. Housekeeping missed our room one day and wasn’t very thorough (bathroom floor not cleaned, coffee/tea not replenished). Bed was comfortable and room was good overall.
