TV in the room did not work. Phone in the room didn't work. Elevator stopped working during my stay and had to walk up 6 flights to the room. Of course the room key didn't work when I got to the room and had to walk back down the stairs to get it re-activated. Hallways are all crooked and have speed bumps.

Comfortable experience

The room was smaller than I had before .I had a problem with the room being next to the 7th floor stairs (no elevator) opening and slamming all hours of the night .

Sleep and Shower

It was a decent place to sleep and shower, just left a lot to be desired for a "center City" hotel. No space for a chair in the room, but it had a fridge and microwave. Hard to get extra washcloths first night. Also, new front desk staff needed more customer service training on making the guests feel welcomed. Listening and problem solving is key. Otherwise, clean and low cost for a busy center City weekend.

The room was very disappointing from the photos. It was small and hot, we also could not control the room temp (we had to call down and they turned it down for us). Floor was uneven, could hear through the walls, bathroom shower looked dirty. Bed was ok, but small.

Close to important buildings. But this is the first hotel I have ever been to or heard that has no air system in the room. If you want the heat on, you have to call the front desk. If you want the air conditioner on, you have to call the front desk.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was small but comfy. Within walking distance of most things

Good for a few days in Philly, PA, USA

Pros: Modern bedroom on 3rd floor accessed by either small lift or narrow stairs. Contained a microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, safe, wifi. Comfy.
Cons: No hot water to shower. Staff in denial about this. Go elsewhere if you like hot showers after a busy day in Philly.
Location: Small hotel central to Philadelphia.10 minutes walk from Jefferson station even through street and sidewalk repairs. Cafes and parking close by.
Friendly and helpful staff willing to organise and contact tour operators on my behalf.

Nice hotel if a bit cramped

Pros: Convenient location, friendly staff.
Cons: I don't know where you'd fit more drawers, but at least some more hangars would be great, so clothes don't have to be kept in a suitcase.
Location: Walking distance to great restaurants and a doable hike to get downtown to the major historical landmarks.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and well-organized. The lack of storage space for clothing was a little annoying, as I definitely needed more than 4-5 hangers (one of which broke and was not replaced) and a bedside drawer to manage nearly a week of clothes.

To each there own

The staff wasn't very friendly, it seem like a chore to be checked in. There was no thermometer in the room so it was hot. The light from the hall way was so bright that keeps you awake
