"Lovely space with all you could ask for including excellent and accommodating front desk staff. Bed spacious and comfortable, lots of good bathroom products, historic building. Only drawbacks are difficult to flush toilet and no bathroom fan, and huge window but not able to open (likely due to building age). These are minor as everything else great"

"Roost is a great value. Each room is really a small apartment with all the amenities of rental, including washer and dryer. The location is amazing, it is within walking distance to many restaurants and Rittenhouse park. It is also not far from the museums. The staff were lovely and aiming to please. Finally it is certainly a pet friendly hotel for sure! "

"Place is not bad. It's a good place to stay, and the one thing that bothers me a little bit is a stairs. I can barely squeeze and pull in my luggage up one flight of stairs. The hostels is good place to stay in case there's special events or occasions. "

"We had a very good experience. Great location with lots of restaurants and historical landmarks within walking distance. The beds in the two bedrooms were very comfortable. The only issue we had with the unit itself is that the futon couches did not make for comfortable sleeping, and noise from the street was at times quite loud. Just bring ear plugs. Host company was very responsive."

"I stayed here for one night while in town for a concert. The room was big and clean, with a kitchenette and plenty of space. I was very impressed with the rooftop views. Service was good and the location can’t be beat. I would gladly stay here again. "

"The location is convenience, but very noisy. We heard people play loud music in the middle of night from the 9th floor room. The area is good during daytime, but not at night. Alleyways are very dirty and sketchy. "
