“I stayed at this property for a week in July. The location was perfect as I had to be in Sandwich for 3 days at the end of my time on the Cape. I love the outer Cape but this place in Dennis gave me proximity to everything I wanted to do. It is a long ride out to Race Point Beach in Provincetown but I did it three days during my stay because I wanted to share the experience with my guests. “The unit is a quiet tucked away room amongst what looks like an older motel that has been refurbished as individual updated units. The gardens were lovely and the place was clean. I was surprised how great the location was in terms of being able to walk 10 minutes to a beach and 20 minutes to the main downtown area of shops in Harwich Port. It’s important to read the amenities list as there is no kitchen (mini fridge and microwave included). Also the host does offer beach chairs and pool towels....
