Our stay started out pretty, but some late night checkins and the thin walls ruined our night and kept us awake till after 2:00. This was even in one of their best rooms. Maybe they should remind the late checkins that other guests are in the area and to be respectful… that, or insulate the walls better.

Hello Jason,You booked a handicap room with a single queen bed and that is exactly what you were given. Just because you "requested" a king bed does not mean you will get it. Different room types have different inventory availability and pricing. You throwing a tantrum and asking for discounts does not change this. We even provided you with Wyndham points for your stay on top the Expedia points you already got. On your next visit to any hotel, I hope you book your room early enough to get exactly what you want so you don't end up needlessly being rude to the hotel staff.

Clean. One huge complaint is that there was no chain lock on the door, just the lock by the handle

Thank you for your response! There is hot and cold drinking water that is available in the breakfast area 24/7. Our juice machine has a cold water option and the coffee machine has a hot water option.

3 day stay.
The hotel was just okay. The wash cloths were stained very bad. Almost like they were used to clean the room. The blanket on my bed smelled really bad had to take it off my bed. The breakfast was the same everyday. The juices were watered down, coffee weak.

We stayed there 1 night and then a couple days later 2 nights. The room and everything was fine the 1st night. The2nd night the shower was very poor (low water flow). the bathroom door shell was broken on the outside and the screws that held the bottom hinge in place were out and the door would not close. This was reported to them on both mornings that we were there. Breakfast was very mundane. We will probably stay there again because it is the closest to our destination.

If you don't mind sleeping in a moist ashtray then you'll love this place. Imagine a casino and a bowling alley had a baby. That's what this hotel smells like.

Thank you for your response. Could you please give us a call to explain your issues in detail. Since I do not know what room you stayed in, I personally checked all rooms for brown water and I could not find any. We have one water line for all rooms so if one room had brown water, they would all have brown water.

We were placed in three rooms before finally getting one that was livable. First, the room door wouldn’t open. Secondly, we opened a door and the room was occupied. Thirdly, we opened the door and found two ladders in a room being worked on. Finally, we were put in a room that was clean and livable. I am a Wyndham member and am not making this up. We are currently going through renovations where we're replacing all furniture so it seems there was a miscommunication between our staff regarding room availability. I’m not quite sure the sheets were cleaned upon our arrival. Air conditioning wall unit wasn’t working properly. Ran out of clean towels during our 2 night stay and had to wait 2 hours for clean towels. Finally at 5:00pm, we had clean towels! We won’t be staying there ever again.

I'm sorry you had to go through that, but all sheets and towels are replaced with clean ones after every stay in every room. The day you needed towels, we had 80% of our hotel checking out, so laundry was being done all day. A washing and drying laundry cycle typically takes 90-120 minutes depending on load size, so if you catch us at the beginning of that cycle, you would have to wait roughly 2 hours for clean towels. I wish you good luck at your next stay!

Our room was nice and clean. The staff was accommodating, but we didn’t require anything special. The one disappointing item was the breakfast. There wasn’t much to choose from and there wasn’t much of what was there. Also, the trash in the breakfast area was overflowing and although a staff member saw it, didn’t attempt to remove it.

Decently located. Would of been nice to of had a chair or two to sit and relax in while drinking coffee instead of having to dit on the bed or floor. A few more hangers for clothes, we had 1 hanger for 3 people. Fresher fruit would of been nice instead of the mushy cutie oranges.

I have stayed here several times. Staff is friendly and helpful. I am accustomed to daily refreshes of the room and making of the beds. Sadly, during the pandemic all of that service disappeared. That practice continues at this property in spite of a general lack of pandemic mitigation requirements in the state. And I have never saved money here due to lack of this service. I think it is time the property put daily service back into place rather than pocketing the difference through labor savings. At the very least, provide fresh towels daily!

Most people still prefer we do not enter their rooms without permission, so we brought back regular daily service, but the only difference is that now you just need to let our front desk know.
