There were so many dead bugs in the shower house, floor was horrendously dirty in shower, so so many dirty used q-tips everywhere. It is very obvious that whoever is supposed to be cleaning does not take their job seriously. "

"The check-in process at the desk was painfully slow. The lobby, meeting room, and restaurant were shabby and outdated. The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke. We got to the room and the beds were slept in and unmade. There were wet towels and garbage everywhere. The room clearly hadnt been cleaned and also smelled. We didnt end up staying and got a refund."
