"Winnie was great to work with and we had the pleasure of meeting her when we arrived. She also didn’t disappoint with the cake - which was greatly appreciated by my two sons! Accommodation was perfect. Very clean and spacious. Great location. About 10mins walk to the beach/gym etc. Super quiet at night as well. We all upgraded to the resort passes which is $20-$30 per day per person depending on if you have gym access. It’s not cheap for a family of 4, but it nice using the beds at the beach. Bar and restaurant very good. All in, we had a great trip. I would definitely recommend Winnie and this apartment to anyone looking to visit the Bahamas but stay away from the hustle of the cruise ships. It really was a little piece of paradise."

"If we could give Miss Winnie and her husband a higher rating, we would. First of all, these weren't the dates we had originally booked. Winnie was kind enough to allow us to reschedule our dates up until the date of arrival. This was even during prime time spring break week. We weren't sure if we would be able to travel due to COVID and she could not have been more accommodating, patient and understanding. We did reschedule and just returned from our trip. Fred the driver is always there to take you around the island. :) Upon arrival, he was waiting with a sign for us at the airport and whisked us away to Palm Cay. Call or text him any time and he will even wait for you while you eat or shop. He knows the island inside and out and is one of the nicest humans we have ever met. Easy check-in process, Miss Winnie met us and gave us a quick tour. Spotless. (And I am as picky as they come!) She had tennis racquets waiting for our son who loves to play and a freshly baked carrot cake on the counter. Not only that, but she took my husband to the GROCERY STORE! When they returned she drove us up to dinner at the Pink Octopus (the pizza is fabulous btw and we are from Chicago). Comfy beds, ceiling fans in every room, nice hot water in the showers, laundry in unit is so nice after days out on the beach and in the water. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and bake - we ate in a few nights and had all you need to make a meal. You won't even find one spot on any of her glassware! Above and beyond service and attention to detail. This is a 10 star property in a lovely gated community. Access to pools and beautiful clear water beach. My husband and the boys enjoyed a morning of fishing and snorkeling with Captain Jamie on the Cool Runnings boat. I highly recommend staying here and heading off for day passes to the larger resorts or water parks. We rented a golf cart along with the condo and we were able to use it to get to and from the beach as well as to the grocery up the street. We are planning to come back for my husband's 50th birthday. Thank you for a delightful trip! Can't wait until our paths cross again Miss Winnie!!"

"This community is great for families! The townhome was updated, clean and spacious. It’s a little of a walk to the beach club so I would recommend renting a car or golf cart to have for that and travel to the grocery. The ocean views and beach club area are amazing!"
